Poster Presentations

Seize the opportunity to discuss your research, increase visibility and collaborations, and solicit important feedback by presenting a poster at the 4th Stanford Mechanical Engineering Conference (MECON)!

Our conference aims to showcase the impressive breadth of research projects across the Mechanical Engineering department, and to encourage and foster collaborations between groups. Following tradition, this is a student-run event with guidance and support from department faculty and staff. The conference will feature oral and poster presentations. All undergraduates, graduates, and post-doctoral scholars are encouraged to submit an abstract by April 4 at the MECON 2024 Website. Prizes will be awarded in each student category for the best posters, and all participants will receive a free t-shirt.

April 4, 2024: Deadline for abstract submission
April 8, 2024: Notification of acceptance
Registration Deadline (to guarantee a t-shirt)
May 9, 2024: Conference Day (All day)
